The writing tutors hold office hours in my office, 414 PAC. During the week before a paper is first due, each of them holds office hours twice: on Thursday and then again on Sunday, the day before the due date. These hours are optional, and you can drop in on either tutor’s office hours, at your convenience. Remember that their expertise lies in paper-writing and not necessarily in European history. Feel free to come see me with questions about the subject matter.
The office hours the tutors hold on Sunday just before the revised paper is due are required -- you must drop in for at least a quick review of the tutor’s comments, with the particular tutor who commented on your draft. This is not optional, it’s part of your obligations as a member of one of the Special Writing Sections; and the tutors will be keeping track.
